At YOU GOT IT!!! Mobile Detailing we specialize in providing top-quality detailing services for ALL types of vehicles. My name is Steve and have over 30yrs in the industry. My first job was working in a body-shop called Maaco (in NJ) at the age of 18. It was my job to prepare the vehicles for the customers to come pick up. I took that job as a painters apprentice, but we start at the bottom and work our way up. When we start work at Exxon, we don't start as CEO. We usually start pumping gas and work our way up😂. I started washing/cleaning the vehicles, then moved up to masking/sanding body work. My next step was priming and wet sanding to prepare surface to be painted. After vehicle was painted it became my job to make sure everything looked perfect for the client. I had to wet sand what we refer to as "orange peel" so it could go ahead and be buffed with a rotary (yeah, we didn't have DA's back then😂).
I usually work by myself so I want each and every client to be 100% satisfied. I don't spend much money on marketing, nor do I do many videos, cuz to be honest I'm not very photogenic and it's very difficult when being by yourself. It helps me to keep YOUR cost down. My business philosophy is simple. Deliver a great product at a fair price and follow it up with EXCELLENT customer service and it's a winning formula. Is it necessary to detail my car?
Although car detailing is considered a luxury service for some, many choose to do it for the improvement of vehicles integrity and aesthetic, also playing a crucial role in your vehicles lifespan. By receiving regular detailing services, you'll preserve its showroom shine and value. Plus, when its time to sell, you can often sell it for more.
How often should I detail my car?
Car wash and detailing experts recommend detailing your car every 3-4 months. However, the duration can change based on your personal preferences, availability and condition.
Do I need to wax my vehicle? Why is it important?
Car wax is an option. A paint sealant is a better option for vehicles exterior. Both will create an extra layer on your vehicles paint while protecting it from UV rays, acid rain, dust particles, and other contaminants. So all of Pennsylvania😅 weather.
Is mobile detailing as good as brick-and-mortar detailing (Dealership?)
Mobile detailing offers similar services as brick-and-mortar detailing. However, we come to you making it a much more convenient option.
Does a clay bar treatment remove scratches on a vehicle?
NO. A clay bar can't remove scratches on your vehicle. However, by using a clay bar, contaminants like road tar, brake dust, and other harmful substances from the vehicles body can be removed, plus its a critical step in preparing the vehicle for either a high quality wax, paint sealant or ceramic coating. The build-up of contaminants can damage your vehicles clear coat.
What is a ceramic coating? Do I need it?
Ceramic coating is a chemical polymer solution applied to your vehicles exterior. The ceramic coating bonds with your vehicles paint and creates an added layer of protection. Its composed of silicon dioxide- I will always ad vise a ceramic coating as an option of protection for clients vehicles
What if I'm not happy with my detailing services?
If you're unsatisfied with your detailing service, just let me know ASAP. I will do my best to remedy the problem to ensure your 100% satisfaction. Although, this is not the usual situation as we will go over the vehicle inspection when I arrive. I can get an idea of your concerns and how to address them properly. I will keep you informed on the progress, and when the vehicle is finished, we will do a final inspection together. Anything that needs to be addressed will be done at that time.
I need to cancel my appointment.
We understand you have a busy life and things pop-up unexpectedly. All we ask is that you give us a 24hr notice so we can rebook that time with another vehicle. Just basically some common courtesy.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my scheduled appointment?
We'll wait for the weather to pass or reschedule your appointment. We don't charge an extra fee.
What do I need to do prior to my scheduled appointment?
You'll need to take and send (text or email) 4-6 photos of your vehicle prior to your appointment emphasizing on your main concerns with vehicle. This allows us to estimate the time it would take to complete your service and prepare our tools and chemicals accordingly. Also, we ask that you remove everything from the interior of the vehicle to ensure nothing is misplaced. Our prices are starting prices. If your vehicle is within our guidelines I can give a much better assessment of time.
Do you serve in my area of residence or workplace?
If you look at our circled radius map above, if you're within that circle, you're within our area of service. If we have to travel further there could be an added charge depending on the service needed.
